Procurement Visibility

Our internal procurement team is in charge of attaining the goods from suppliers for the customer and also updates the shipping status of the items. The procurement team would have to constantly update Google Sheets to let sales team know the granular procurement status to relay it to the customer. There was just one broad status in the system called "Procuring". This current process is time consuming for both parties and the customer has limited visibility during this process.
